My Treatments

Swedish Massage
Whole body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.

Prenatal Massage
Gentle treatment tailored to the aches and pains of expectant mothers, encouraging deep relaxation.
Pregnancy massage increased the ‘feel good’ hormones serotonin and dopamine and decreased the stress hormone cortisol

Asian Massage
The techniques center around the principle that most of the illnesses and diseases we suffer from are the result of blocked or imbalanced energy in the body. This energy is said to flow along specific meridians, or paths, that are connected to our physiological systems. The goal of Asian massage is to relax, soothe and heal the body through a harmonious release of tension and free flowing energy.

Deep Tissue Massage
Mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Reflexology
Known as ‘zone therapy’, is about applying different levels of pressure to your hands, feet and ears.

Thai Massage
Different to other techniques as the patient lays on the floor and actively participates.
Only gentle pressure is applied, with stretching incorporated for whole body relaxation. Thai massage in particular works wonders with its yoga-like stretches that fill the body’s tissues with oxygen.

Cupping Therapy
One of the oldest and most effective method of releasing the toxins from body tissue and organs.

Facial Massage
Helps to promote healthy skin while relaxing your facial muscles. It has a relaxing and rejuvenating effect, helping you look and feel better.
The technique involves stimulating pressure points on the face, neck, and shoulders.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

Hot Stone Therapy
Can expect smooth, heated stones made of volcanic rock to be placed on certain parts of your body.
Typical places would be your spine, stomach, chest, face, palms, feet and toes.
Cold stones may also be used to soothe the skin and calm swollen blood vessels.
It’s an indulgent treatment and the perfect option if you want to gift someone a massage.
